Why do some men need power at the cost of others? Why is power important? What does power give to those who have it? These are questions that are addressed in this paper. Does it make a difference what color you are, what gender, what class, and how does disabilities affect this power to act? It makes a difference in what you are and what you get to do. If a girl wants to be president of the United States, she has a long battle ahead of her to do it. All presidents have been white males. A female may some day be president but it will take a long battle to be one. The same is true with color, class, and disabilities. Perhaps someday one of these might become president, but it is not likely. Often those having power discriminates against others. The question might be asked, "What is real power?"
