This paper discusses how the cause of a war against terrorists was more caused by effects of the terrorism than using the five principles of a just war. This war was brought about by fear. The harm to other countries was not considered when the war was brought about by President Bush. Many countries harbouring terrorists saw the United States as another source of terrorism and not having a just war.
