Was it basically a conflict between the Soviet Union and the United States? Was it more of an extension of the Cold War? Was the war fought actually fought between the North and South Koreans or were there others involved who wanted to use the Korean War as an excuse to expand their own political beliefs? The facts show the Korean War was more of a conflict between the United States and Russia than a war between North and South Korea.
