Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance and Inspection
The study of human error in aviation suggests that the human element is responsible for a significant number of industry-related problems. The studies of the events of Sept. 11th indicate that human error was responsible in part for these events. However, this paper demonstrates that the overall scope of human error in aviation has changed because of these events and their industry repercussions.
