This paper will discuss the book Governance on the Ground. A brief discussion of the author’s purpose in writing the book along with an evaluation of the author’s approach and methods of analysis. The Book and other points in it will be reviewed in the discussion. A comparison of this work as it relates to other reading and research in my own life will also be presented.
