This paper provides a summary of a plant management report for a fictional company. This company, Farmers' United, is a U.S.- based firm that manufactures and distributes machinery that conforms to the standards needed for growing organic produce in terms of low exhaust, minimal fuel consumption, and low- impact on the land. The use of these machines has become extremely frequent in the organic farms in Europe, and has required Farmers' United work to re- assess their business and marketing strategies.
