It mentions the benefits mobility has for the worker, such as personal freedom, industry/knowledge relevance, and schedule flexibility. If the mobile worker's productivity can be effectively managed by the use of communication devices and an organizational culture of accountability, the mobile worker can be just as effective at his or her job as the traditional office employee.
