This paper is a discussion of the in-house MBA program of British Airways, a joint venture with the Management School at Lancaster University, setablished in 1988 and aiming to support the globalization of the airline, considering this and other trianing progams for the airline and the way the airline uses these programs to train future hires and to emphasize customer service.
