This is a 10-page administrative (management) studies midterm examination using internal sources. It consists of two parts, each with subparts. Part A is a case study of Metropolitan General Insurance, a troubled Canadian insurance company and consists of: 1.Using six elements of management and Mintzberg's configurations to describe how the companies organizational structure contributes to its problems. 2.
