The purpose of this paper is to establish the responsibility Jason has to the maintenance company he contracted to do work for him in Spain. According to the case study a fire occurred and his property was badly damaged. He had contracted the maintenance company prior to this knowledge, the paper will address Jason’s legal obligation to a refund of his e10, 000 and if he has any obligation to provide maintenance company with reimbursement for airfare of the workers to Spain.
