This paper discusses worker control of enterprises. The analysis will be of the situation now (positive), the alternative it could be (normative) and the strategic analysis to achieve the normative goals. This means that capitalism and communism, the two great economic theories of the last century, both are denying the worker the control in the work life and workplace.
