Dealing with Racial Biases in Distributing Discipline Systems in the Classroom
This paper will seek to understand two systems theories that will help faculty, teachers, and students become more integrated in disciplinary problems, rather than expelling or suspending minority students. By realizing the greatly increasing number of minorities that are being expelled or suspended, we can surely see why new disciplinary policy needs to be created in American educational systems.
