"There are essentially two forces that motivate people: self-interest and fear." This four-page paper is related to the two motivating forces, comprising of self-interest and fear. In this analytical research paper I take the position of supporting the aforementioned statement with authentic examples from day to day personal observations and experiences. Self-interest can be defined as the efforts that we, humans make in order to survive in this world. Such efforts are brought about for the sole purpose of human survival and satisfaction. Fear is another form of motivation as it forces the determination within a human being to whether implement or not to implement a particular task. It has both positive as well as a negative impact on an individual's actions.
