Tim Berners-Lee's Contribution to the Business World.
This undergraduate level paper examines the impact of Tim Berners-Lee upon modern business. His invention, the World Wide Web, has contributed directly to the massive growth of the world economy and to the tectonic shift in the manner by which companies and individuals conduct business. It concludes that the future of the web is that it will remain as significant to business and society as any of the other great inventions such as the internal combustion engine and the telephone. 7 pgs.
