This paper will to understand why the U.S. government transferred blue-collar work out of the country through the NAFTA agreement. By collecting the data to present this problem in American economics, we can see why the NAFTA program is slowly letting blue-collar jobs into other countries. The notion of labor transfer is creating a lack of middle class, and especially a problem for industry in this country. By discussing the ideas of Structuralism on these grounds, we can see how the social climate started to help in the decline of Labor Movements that would drive the industry jobs into other countries. 6 pgs.
