This paper discusses the importance of showing appreciation for loved ones and friends. But while it is always good practice to treat strangers with kindness, we must also take the time to express our appreciation for those we may sometimes tend to take for granted - the people closest to us, those who make our homes loving and comfortable places to be. Those who are there for us, and who stand by us when we don't feel much like smiling. Those who have seen us at our best, and at our worst and whose love and loyalty remain constant - our significant others.
